Renanda Witaniya

Renanda Witaniya is currently the Rewards Strategy & HC Operations Head at Waresix. Prior to this role, Renanda held the position of Head of Human Capital at YCAB Ventures. With a Master's Degree in HR Management from Universitas Syiah Kuala and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Renanda has extensive experience in the HR field. Previous positions include Senior HR Manager and Compensation Benefits and Recruitment Manager at CEVA Logistics, as well as HR roles at IFRC, Oxfam, and USAID.
