Rachel Racusen

Rachel Racusen is an accomplished communications executive with extensive experience in corporate communications and public affairs. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications at Warner Bros. Discovery since 2025, Rachel previously held key communication roles at Netflix and Snap Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing crisis communications, developing strategies for corporate reputation, and managing cross-functional teams. Rachel also has significant government experience, having worked as Associate Communications Director at the White House during President Obama's administration and as Director of Public Affairs at FEMA, where major crisis communication initiatives were implemented. Rachel began her career as an Account Coordinator at Dittus Communications and served as Communications Director for the U.S. House of Representatives. A graduate of Union College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Rachel has built a reputation for leading innovative communication strategies across various sectors.
