Jordan Rapp

Jordan Rapp has worked in the marketing and healthcare policy fields for over 25 years. In 2020, they became the Director of Marketing for Warner Pacific Insurance Services. Prior to that, they were the Head of Marketing Strategy, ACO Partnership Marketing for Blue Shield of California from 2008-2020. From 2004-2008, they were the Marketing Manager, Consumer Markets for Aetna. From 2002-2004, they were a Business Development Consultant for the Biotechnology Industry Organization. From 1999-2002, they were the Senior Healthcare Policy Advisor to Congressman Collin C. Peterson. From 1997-1999, they were the Senior Manager, Public Affairs & Political Communications for America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). From 1995-1997, they were the Government Relations Assistant for the American Subcontractors Association. From 1992-1995, they were a Legislative Intern for Congressman Jim Bacchus in the United States House of Representatives.

Jordan Rapp completed a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2003, with a concentration in Marketing and Healthcare Finance. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from The George Washington University in 1995.
