Lisa Oudt

Lisa Oudt began their work experience in 1989 as a Sales Executive at Pitney Bowes. Lisa then moved on to work at John Alden Insurance as a Sales Executive from 1991 to 1996. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Sales Executive at Warner Pacific Insurance Services before taking a four-year break to raise their two children. In 2002, Lisa returned to Warner Pacific as a Senior Executive Sales Consultant, where they focus on employee benefits and stays updated on legislative and carrier developments to support the company's growing books of business.

Lisa Oudt completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, and Graphic Design from San Diego State University from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include MetLife University's Employee Benefits Solutions from MetLife in May 2023, LPRT Leading Producers Roundtable - Lifetime and Qualifying Golden Eagle from NAHU in January 2022, Life & Health License from the California Department of Insurance in March 1992, and HIP Health Insurance Professional certification from Warner Pacific Insurance Services (specific dates are not provided for the last certification).
