Lawrence E. Price is the Founder, President, and QA & QC Director at ProTech Water, Inc./ProTech Coatings since 1999, specializing in water, wastewater, and water infrastructure, as well as corrosion protection and consulting services. In addition, Lawrence has served as a Water Treatment Consultant for Santa Barbara Water Resources since 1986, providing expertise in water system treatment process and filtration design. With extensive experience in various roles within the water industry, including Superintendent and WaterMaster at ProTech Water, Inc., and Water System Construction Specialist at Price Water & Well Service, Lawrence has a strong background in utility construction, regulatory compliance, and potable water treatment processes. Educational qualifications include a BS and Advanced degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Marine Science from California State University-Sacramento and UC Santa Barbara, among other esteemed institutions. Lawrence's career also includes significant positions such as Chief Treatment and Water Plant Operator for the City of Santa Barbara, Director of Lab Analysts at DwellNet, and a Chemical Lab Assistant at UC Santa Barbara.
