Stephanie Webb

Stephanie Webb is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Legal and Senior Counsel at Wasabi Technologies since September 2022, and previously held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel at Treasure Data. Stephanie’s expertise includes IPO readiness, commercial transactions, channel partner agreements, data privacy and security, and compliance. Prior to these roles, significant experience was gained at Limelight Networks as Corporate Counsel, focusing on strategic transactions and enterprise compliance, where Stephanie received the "Friend of Sales" award in 2019. Additional experience includes serving as an attorney at Radix Law and Hammerman & Hultgren, where complex commercial litigation and significant trial experience were developed. Stephanie began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Miami University.
