Kim Connell

Kim Connell, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Oracle since April 2020, Kim plays a key role in enhancing the effectiveness of the Developer Services organization during its substantial growth. Previous experience includes board membership at the Washington Athletic Club and an HR Business Partner position at Fred Hutch, where strategic alignment of HR practices with organizational goals was prioritized. Earlier roles featured leadership in HR and facilities management at Garden City Group, LLC, and senior HR positions at Boeing, where strategic HR partnerships were developed on a global scale. Kim holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Seattle University and a BA in Psychology from Southern Oregon University.
