Noah Overby

Noah Overby, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional in higher education with extensive experience in policy research, academic transfer programs, and student services. Currently serving as a Policy Research Analyst for the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges since October 2022, Noah previously held the role of Assistant Director for Academic Transfer Programs at Cascadia College, where the focus was on data-informed decision-making regarding enrollment and educational outcomes. Earlier positions include Educational Planner & Retention Specialist at Highline College, International Student Advisor at South Seattle Community College, and various roles in student services and assessment at multiple institutions. Noah holds an M.Ed. in Student Development Administration from Seattle University and a BFA in Art from the University of Washington.
