David Lewis

David Lewis has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the energy industry. David is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Washington Gas. Previously, they held the role of Vice President of Alternative Fuels at Ameresco. Before that, they worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as the Director of Wholesale Marketing & Business Development, Director of Renewable Strategy, Policy and Development, and Director of Renewable Transactions. David also served as the VP of Finance & Origination at Third Planet Windpower, VP of Finance/Marketing & Sales at Calpine, Financial Analyst at Silicon Graphics, Inc, Manager at Gilroy Foods, Inc., and Financial Analyst at ARCO.

David Lewis received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA in the years 1986 to 1990. Later, in 1994 to 1996, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from Santa Clara University. In 2010, they further pursued their studies in Competitive Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Lastly, in 2017 to 2018, they attended Stanford University, although the degree obtained and completion status are not specified.
