Ravi Chitneni

Ravi Chitneni has extensive experience in various leadership roles, primarily focusing on strategic projects and enterprise architecture. In their role as Director - Strategic Projects at Washington Gas, they successfully led transformative initiatives to enhance the customer experience through the development of self-service portals, mobile apps, and intelligent chat. As Director for Enterprise Architecture & Enterprise Services, they collaborated with business leadership to develop a 5-year digital strategy roadmap. Prior to working at Washington Gas, Ravi also held leadership positions at AES and SAP America, overseeing IT services, operations, and technology implementation projects.

Ravi Chitneni attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2012, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Ravi then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In 2013-2014, Ravi completed the Pathways Leading Change Course at the CIO Executive Council. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification in 2017, and it is unclear when they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
