Jp Arcuri

John (JP) Arcuri is Vice President, Digital, Utilities. In this role, Mr. Arcuri oversees delivery of stable, secure, and resilient Digital services for AltaGas Utilities, including the WGL Utility business.

Mr. Arcuri’s career includes nearly thirty years of private-sector experience in the power and gas industries. He has led IT & Operation’s teams for organizations spanning in size from the Fortune 500 to startups.

Mr. Arcuri began his career managing physical plant operations & maintenance before transitioning into commercial and project management roles. His passion for leveraging technology to drive transformation led him to accept formal assignments in technology, where he has built and led teams as a senior IT leader for more than a decade. During that time, Mr. Arcuri has presided over numerous large-scale enterprise digital transformations initiatives, operating model build-outs, and significant M&A activities, at companies such as Calpine Corporation, New Fortress Energy and Edison Mission Energy, among others. Mr. Arcuri is a veteran of the United States Navy, and served honorably aboard the nuclear powered cruiser, USS Virginia – CGN 38.

Mr. Arcuri holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Excelsior University and a Master of Science in Technology Systems Management from University of the State of New York at Stonybrook.
