Cheryl Avery

Cheryl Avery currently serves as the Healthplanfinder Production and Change Control Manager at Washington Health Benefit Exchange, a position held since January 2019. Previously, Cheryl worked as an IT Change Manager at the Washington State Health Benefit Exchange starting in December 2013, and as a UAT Analyst/Usability Specialist at the Washington Health Benefits Exchange for a brief period in 2013. Cheryl's earlier experience includes serving as the User-Centered Design Program Manager at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services from May 2008 to June 2013, and holding several roles at the Washington State Department of Information Services between December 1995 and May 2008, including Usability Specialist, Access Washington Webmaster, and Data Analyst.
