Rhonda Germany Ballintyn serves as Chair and President of the Germany Ballintyn Education Foundation, dedicated to supporting under-represented and under-privileged students since January 2018. Additionally, Rhonda holds various prominent positions, including Director on the Board of Directors for Public Companies, Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Hypertherm, Lead Director and Board Member at Zapata Computing, and Board Member for Business Executives for National Security. Rhonda is also an Advisory Board Member for the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan and a member of the Dean’s National Council at Washington University in St. Louis. Rhonda's previous board experience includes positions at Univar Solutions, Integra LifeSciences, and Aegion Corporation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
