Ibrahim Ahmed

Ibrahim Ahmed has extensive experience in customer support and technical assistance, currently holding the position of Technical Support at TE Data since April 2019 and serving as a CC Agent at Vodafone through Wasla Outsourcing since March 2018. Ibrahim has also worked as an agent with ETISAL International Group and as a CC Insource Etisalat Agent with Etisalat Misr, combining a total of seven years in customer service roles since February 2016. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Information Systems from Nile Academy for Science, completed in 2012.
