Lakin Garrett Lilley

Lakin Garrett Lilley is currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Waste Connections since December 2021, having previously held roles as the MidSouth Region Executive Assistant and Eastern Region Executive Assistant. Prior to this, Lakin accumulated over 13 years of experience at Kroger, where positions included Assistant Store Manager Operations, Assistant Store Manager-HR, Floral Lead, and Store Clerk. Lakin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 2012 and 2016.
