Lisa Martin

Lisa Martin is a highly experienced professional in HR technology and learning management, currently serving as a Senior HR Technology Manager at WM since July 2017, with prior roles as HCM Implementation Lead and Learning Technology Manager. Lisa operated as a consultant from November 2015 to July 2017, providing HR, learning, and operational consultancy focused on process improvement and content creation. From September 2013 to November 2015, Lisa was the Western Hemisphere GLMS Lead Consultant at BP, managing teams for project-based learning initiatives and global learning operating models. Earlier in the career, Lisa held senior positions at Citi, including SVP of Learning Management System, overseeing global teams and providing strategic direction for learning management needs. Lisa began the professional journey as a Senior Instructional Designer at CitiFinancial Auto Division, specializing in web-based training.
