Kachusha Nkosha began their work experience in 2012 as a midwife in the health sector. In 2022, they joined WaterAid Zambia as a Hygiene Officer, where they focused on raising awareness about hygiene through a social behavior change campaign called KUTUBA. Kachusha continued their role with WaterAid in 2023 on the Healthy Empowered Resilient Women and Girls project (HER WASH) as a Hygiene Officer.
Kachusha Nkosha's education history includes a Certificate in Leadership from Be Relevant Academy, which was completed in 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, Kachusha pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rusangu University.
