Rick Hoffmann

Rick Hoffmann has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Human Resources Manager at Ceruti's Catering since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing, Inc. from 2019 onwards. Rick also served as the Vice President of Administration at WaterFurnace International starting in 2010. In their earlier years, Rick held the position of HR Generalist at Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing, and before that, they were the Manager of Organizational Development at Superior Essex, where they provided training and development services, as well as Affirmative Action support for multiple facilities.

Rick Hoffmann obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati from 1981 to 1982. Additionally, they attended Leadership Fort Wayne, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown.
