Kati Devos

Kati Devos has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an HR Coordinator at Seghers Group from 1991 to 1996. Kati then worked as an HR advisor at BASE from 1999 to 2002 before becoming a Senior Project Manager Support at ISW Limits from 2002 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an HR Manager at Waterleau NV. Kati then took on the role of Prevention Advisor Psychosocial Aspects at Brussels Aviation Medical from 2014 to 2021. In 2015, they became the President of the Board at Mamas for Africa, where they support women and girls in East Congo in their battle against violence and exploitation. Since 2019, they have been working as a Preventieadviseur Psychosociaal Welzijn at Vlaamse Overheid. Kati is currently the HR Director at Waterleau.

Kati Devos has a diverse education history. Kati obtained their high school degree in Latin Greek from Paridaens instituut in 1983. Following that, they attended KU Leuven from 1983 to 1988, where they pursued a degree in Organisational Psychology and earned a Lic degree. In 1992, they returned to KU Leuven for a post-graduate program in Business Management, which they completed in 1993. Continuing their educational journey, Kati enrolled in a post-graduate program at KULeuven lucina from 2004 to 2006, specializing in becoming a prevention advisor for psychosocial aspects. Lastly, in 2008-2009, they attended KULeuvenpost graduate school for social mediation, completing another post-graduate degree.
