Samuel Neff

Samuel Neff has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Samuel is currently working as a Principal Architect at Waterlily Planning since 2023. Prior to this, Neff worked as a Staff Engineer at Wayfair from 2021 to 2023 and as a Staff Software Engineer at Walmart Global Tech from 2020 to 2021.

Before joining these companies, Neff held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Capital One from 2019 to 2020, where they were responsible for full stack software engineering and tech leadership. Samuel also worked as a Principal Software Engineer and a Vice President of Engineering at B-Line Medical from 2011 to 2016, where they oversaw technical direction, set engineering standards, and mentored other engineers.

Neff's earlier roles include working as a Consultant at InfoReliance in 2005, where they led a team to implement a homeland-security related product for the United States Department of Agriculture. Samuel also served as a Senior Software Engineer at B-Line Express from 2000 to 2005, working on various software development projects. Additionally, Neff started their career as an Export Coordinator at Chindex International, Inc. from 1997 to 2000, managing medical equipment contracts and coordinating with suppliers.

Throughout their career, Neff has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, including Angular, React, Node, Java, and .NET. Samuel has consistently shown leadership skills, mentoring abilities, and a dedication to delivering high-quality solutions.
