Eusis Dougan-McKenzie

Eusis Dougan-McKenzie is an experienced executive recognized for expertise in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Executive Officer of Corporate Services and Strategic Initiatives at the Waterloo Region District School Board since June 2021, Eusis is responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders and leading the implementation of the Board’s Strategic and Equity Plans. Previous roles include Principal at The Lokono Group, Communications Director at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, and Director of Marketing & Communications at Sustainalytics, among others. Eusis holds a Graduate Diploma in Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto, a Diploma in Corporate Communications from Centennial College, and a BA in Political Science from Carleton University.
