Paul Pennington

Paul Pennington is a seasoned professional in the engineering field with extensive experience in highway engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Waterman Group since March 2021, Paul has also held the position of Director at IG Highways since January 2015. Prior to this, Paul was a Senior Highway Engineer at Arcadis from June 2016 to December 2021 and worked as a Highways Engineer at Halcrow, a CH2M Company, from May 2013 to June 2016.
