Karyn Kane Williams is an expert in event content/program development & speaker recruitment. She is currently the Curator of the Industry Track at VidCon and a Program Consultant for Watermark.

She Co-founded Leade.rs, where she was Director of Content and oversaw the research and creation of a 8,000 speaker database. She also led content development for VentureBeat’s suite of events, where she managed spearheaded speaker recruitment & session development.

Karyn was Director of Program Development at the European technology conference LeWeb for eight years, working closely with the founders to grow the conference brand into an international powerhouse.

She also held key positions at IDG where she managed brands serving the technology industry’s leading CEOs. Karyn managed domestic and international conferences for investment bank Robertson, Stephens & Company and started her career in Washington D.C., where she worked for the G.H.W. Bush Administration in various capacities. Including at the Republican National Committee, The Presidential Inaugural Committee, The Republican Eagles and The White House.
