Dan Welch

Dan Welch was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Operations in 2020. He is responsible for Waters’ worldwide Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities, HSE, Quality and Regulatory. Dan joined Waters in 2012 as Senior Director, Milford Manufacturing Operations. In 2017 he moved into the Supply Chain organization initially as Senior Director, Materials Management and then as VP Global Supply Chain where he was responsible for planning, sourcing distribution, logistics and trade.

Prior to Waters, he served as Vice President of Operations for Advanced Electron Beam and Vice President of Operations for Evergreen Solar, spending six years in the world of venture backed start-ups. Dan started his career with Intel Corporation where he worked for 23 years in progressive Engineering and Engineering Management roles.

Dan earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
