Jim Anhut

Jim Anhut is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as Interim President and Chief Development Officer at WaterWalk, and as a member of the Board of Directors. Since August 2019, Jim has directed the Real Estate Investment Management Program at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. As a partner at The Passionality Group and a board member at Ceterus, Jim contributes to various strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles at DineEquity, Inc. and InterContinental Hotels Group, where Jim managed franchise development, brand management, and quality assurance. Jim began their career at Choice Hotels International and Marriott, holding key positions in finance and real estate development. Jim holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from Michigan State University and a BBA in Marketing from Emory University.
