Arundhati Balachandran

Arundhati Balachandran has held a variety of roles in their career, starting with a Consultant role at Deloitte Consulting in 2008. Arundhati then worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2011. In 2013, they took on the role of Engagement Manager at LatentView. Arundhati then founded and became CEO of Urban Tryst in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Kyron Global, where they were the Head of Business Development. In 2018, they joined Chargebee as the Global Vice President of Customer Success, and in 2023 they were appointed Global Head of Sales and Customer Success at WATI. Throughout their career, Arundhati has been a data-driven leader, responsible for expansion, retention, product adoption and building a community of champions for the Chargebee product.

Arundhati Balachandran received their High School degree from St Johns English School & Junior College in 2001. Arundhati then attended Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Sriperumbudur, where they earned a BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 2005. Arundhati continued their studies at North Carolina State University, where they earned an MS in Computer Networking in 2007 and a Masters in Advanced Analytics in 2008. Arundhati also attended Hindu senior school.
