Susannah Roberts

Susannah Roberts, MRICS, is a Senior Divestment Analyst at Watkin Jones Group, a position held since January 2022. In addition, Susannah is the Founder of Property Woman, established in May 2019, with an associated podcast available on iTunes. Prior experience includes serving as an Asset Management Analyst at Gazeley from November 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included valuing a pan-European portfolio and managing external valuations. Susannah also worked at CBRE from September 2015 to November 2018 in various roles, including Operations Analyst and Chartered Surveyor, focusing on Central London valuations. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Kent.
