Darrell Rich has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Darrell began their career in 2004 as a General Manager at Dominion Enterprises, where they successfully executed a market turnaround and achieved significant revenue and profit margin growth. Darrell later took on the role of District Manager, overseeing sales, market strategy, operations, and distribution across multiple states.

In 2010, Darrell transitioned to the financial industry, working as a Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed, Edward Jones, and Merrill Lynch. Darrell managed client portfolios of over $30M and developed investment and financial plans to help clients achieve their goals.

From 2009 to 2017, Darrell served as the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Director at the Phoenix Business and Workforce Development Board. In this capacity, they partnered with the City of Phoenix to find practical employment and business solutions, directed policy for workforce programs, and implemented a three-year Strategic Plan focused on high-quality services and community engagement.

Darrell also gained experience in the non-profit sector, working as a Director at the National Association of Workforce Boards from 2014 to 2017.

At USAA, Darrell held the position of Manager, Member Debt Solutions, where they strategically built and led a start-up contact center team, established a high-performance culture, and integrated performance best practices.

Most recently, Darrell worked at Third Party Pet as the Director of Sales & Service, leading both sales and service functions while advocating for the voice of the customer and employee. Darrell also served as the Chief Operating Officer at WattLogic.

Darrell Rich has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including "Assessing and Improving Strategic Plans," "Decision-Making Strategies," "Giving and Receiving Feedback," "Acting Decisively," "Critical Thinking," "Problem Solving Techniques," "Strategic Planning Foundations," and "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity" from LinkedIn.
