Yu Alice Wang

Yu Alice Wang is an accomplished user experience researcher with extensive experience in leading UX research practices and collaborating on various high-profile projects. Currently serving as a Staff User Experience Researcher at Wattpad since September 2022, Yu's previous roles include Senior Design Researcher at Normative and UX Researcher at ICF Next. Yu has successfully executed end-to-end usability tests, developed strategic recommendations for notable clients like GoodLife Fitness and the National Cancer Institute, and has a strong track record in improving organizational culture by advocating for inclusivity and transparency. Yu holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Culture from York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Advertising, with a minor in Business Administration from Boston University.
