Courtney Tintzman

Courtney Tintzman, PhD, is a highly skilled User Experience Researcher currently serving as Staff User Experience Researcher at Workiva since May 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Quantitative UXR Program and conducting mixed-methods research to inform product decisions. Previous experience includes roles as a User Experience Researcher and Intern at Workiva and Montana State University-Bozeman, where Courtney published 12 research studies in high-impact journals, served as a statistical consultant, and coordinated human subjects research projects. Courtney holds a PhD and MS in Psychological Science from Montana State University-Bozeman and a BS in the same field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in psychological research methodologies and user experience analysis.
