Sarah Tiernan

Sarah Tiernan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Watts Water Technologies since October 2023. Previously, Sarah held positions as a Recruitment Coordinator at William Blair from October 2020 to July 2023, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at GCM Grosvenor from July 2018 to October 2020. Sarah's experience also includes a role as a Student Athletics Associate at Purdue University, where the focus was on supporting student athletics from March 2015 to May 2018, and an HR internship at CN in the summer of 2017. Additional roles include serving as Human Resources Director for Women in Business and Customer Service Representative at Centier Bank during the summer of 2016, along with managing launches for The Tab while recruiting journalists at Purdue. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business, completed in June 2018, and graduated with Academic Honors from Crown Point High School in 2014.
