Robin Chung

Robin Chung has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Robin currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Wave Money, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Wave Money from September 2021 to November 2023. Robin also worked as the Head/Director of Strategy at Wave Money from April 2019 to August 2021, where they managed investment processes, led corporate strategy planning and execution, and performed market analysis.

Before joining Wave Money, Robin worked at Anthem Asia as the Investment Operation Director from May 2015 to March 2019. In this role, they provided investment strategy recommendations and portfolio management support to SMEs in Myanmar.

Robin started their career at Accenture as a Management Consultant, specializing in M&A/post-M&A support and operational strategy. Robin worked at Accenture from June 2010 to May 2015, where they led project delivery for global US-based companies across multiple sectors.

Additionally, Robin has experience working at the United Nations Development Program - Multi-donor Trust Fund Office as a Portfolio Analyst, LG Electronics as a Planning Manager, Palladium: Make It Possible as a Business Analyst, UNESCAP as an intern, and Hills Governance Center as a Research Assistant.

Throughout their career, Robin has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, investment management, project delivery, and financial analysis.

Robin Chung earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies from Queen's University in 1999-2003. Robin then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Trade and Finance from Yonsei Graduate School of International Studies in 2004-2006.
