Allison Tennant

Allison Tennant is a Senior Associate in Environmental Policy at Waxman Strategies, having previously held the position of Associate in the same field. Prior experience includes serving as a Climate Program Assistant at the Union of Concerned Scientists and multiple roles at Sustainability at Amherst College, including Eco-Reps Coordinator and Office of Sustainability Intern. Allison played a key role as the Lead Organizer for Students for Climate Action at Amherst College, successfully advocating for the Climate Action Plan. Additional experience includes co-founding and facilitating the Food Justice Alliance and interning at the Environmental Law Institute. Allison holds a Bachelor's of Art in Environmental Studies and French from Amherst College and studied Biodiversity and Natural Resource Management in Madagascar through the School for International Training.
