Cass Mieczakowski

Cass Mieczakowski has held a variety of roles in the technology and customer communication industry since 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Exstream System Architect for Bank of America. Cass then took on the role of Exstream Dialogue Consultant with Avantias Inc. at IWCO Direct from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Exstream Architect at Marsh. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Co-Founder of DocCompSolutions, providing customer communication development, reengineering, and consulting. Cass also held the role of Customer Communications Integration at eVariant in 2012. In 2012, they were the Exstream System Architect for the State of New York. In 2013, they became a Senior Project Manager at Everis and a CCM Specialist with DocCompSolutions at New York Life Insurance Company. From 2015 to present, they have held the roles of Chief Information Officer, Technical Director (CCM), and Managing Consultant at WayPath.

Cass Mieczakowski attended Norwalk Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Computer.
