Michael D'Angelo

Michael D'Angelo has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Michael currently holds the role of Vice President, Florida Development at Waypoint Residential. In this position, they are responsible for developing multifamily projects in high-growth markets and achieving attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Previously, Michael worked at Terra Group, where they served as Vice President, Acquisitions & Finance from 2019 to 2021. Michael was involved in the acquisition process and financial management of various real estate projects, including luxury high-rises, single-family homes, and retail shopping centers.

Before joining Terra Group, Michael worked as a Senior Associate and Analyst at the same company, gaining experience in real estate analysis and project management. Michael also worked as an Analyst at Convergent Capital Partners LLC, a real estate private equity firm, where they focused on value-add and opportunistic investments.

Earlier in their career, Michael served as an Economic Analyst at Deiter, Stephens, Durham & Cook. Overall, their work experience highlights their expertise in real estate development, acquisitions, finance, and analysis.

Michael D'Angelo attended the University of Florida from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography.
