The role of Board Support Services Team Senior Associate has unique requirements and duties; however, these responsibilities are to be executed within the organization’s framework of core values. Waystone expects all employees to be high performing, self-motivated learners and leaders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting minutes in respect of Cayman Islands domiciled funds.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Produce draft minutes for clients' Board meetings.
• Respond to internal email queries.
• Abide by minutes team's written procedures.
• Undertake such minutes related project work as might be assigned.
• Circulate Board minutes to internal stakeholders no later than 20 days post a meeting.
• Review Board minutes before these are circulated.
• Act as the first point of contact for queries from junior members of the team.
• Train and mentor junior members of the team.
• Track deliverables for the minutes team, ensuring minutes are delivered within 20
days.
• Produce, maintain and refine procedures/ processes for the minutes team.
• Manage projects impacting the minutes team.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a dynamic individual with strong English language skills and at least 3 years of relevant
company secretarial experience, ideally with experience in the funds world, too. You should be self motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
