Rebecca O'Reilly

Rebecca O'Reilly has extensive experience in corporate services and administration. Rebecca is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Services at Waystone since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Corporate Services at MontLake from September 2019 to June 2021. Rebecca also held the position of Company Secretary at MaplesFS from June 2010 to June 2019. Rebecca began their career as a Senior Administrator at HSBC, where they worked from November 2006 to March 2010.

Rebecca O'Reilly attended Trinity College Dublin from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a B.A. (Hons) degree in Sociology and Social Policy. In 2009, they then pursued their MSc in Management and Corporate Governance at Ulster University. Their field of study during this program included Corporate Governance, Financial Accounting, Company Law, and Public Administration.
