Jide Olatunji

Jide Olatunji is a Product Manager who is currently working at Wazoku. Jide has previously worked at PalmPay and PalmCredit NG. At PalmPay, they were in charge of growing the firm from nothing to over 1,500,000 transactions per week. Jide was also responsible for maintaining a minimum service quality of 97% for airtime and 85% for bill payment, and collaborating with partners to improve service. In addition, they made improved business choices from using data platforms such as Power BI, Metabase and more. Furthermore, they were in charge of building partnerships and gaining new companies relationship. Lastly, they managed product operations (Quality Assurance, Updating road map, user research, bug reporting, and tracking, User Acceptance Testing and Prioritization).

At PalmCredit NG, their responsibilities included research, UAT and product design for Palm Credit (Quick Loan product). Jide also assisted with technical integration with banks and other partners. In addition, they helped collect technical information so our engineers could resolve faults and problems. Furthermore, they arranged and performed local UAT before a product launch. Lastly, they were in charge of getting onboard technical partners.

Jide Olatunji has a Master's degree in Data Analytics from De Montfort University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Caleb University Lagos. Jide also has a High School diploma from Dansol High School.

They work with Sandeep Kang - Product Manager, Soki Membere-Otaji - Associate Product Manager. Jide Olatunji reports to Rosemarie Diegnan, Chief Strategy & Product Officer.
