Allison van der Hoeven

Allison van der Hoeven has a diverse work experience in the field of strategy and planning. Allison is currently working as the Associate Director of Strategy at Codeword. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Strategist at Earnest. Before that, they worked as an Audience Planner - Brand & Insight at ThirtyThree from 2019 to 2021. Allison also served as a Senior Strategy Associate at Publicis Media from 2018 to 2019 and as part of the Strategic Planning team at Wavemaker from 2017 to 2018. Allison has experience in project management as well, having worked as a Senior Project Manager at Novo Arts, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Allison started their career as an intern at Aragi Inc. in 2015. Earlier, they were an App Administrator and intern at UberMedia from 2013 to 2015.

Allison van der Hoeven pursued their education with a focus on English Literature and Classics, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree from The University of Edinburgh between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 2006 to 2009, where they specialized in Classics as a Scholar.
