Weston Rapozo

Weston Rapozo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Weston started their career as a Campaign Coordinating Assistant at Bowers in 2010 and held this position until 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Guest Services Associate at The Walt Disney Company, where they managed customer interactions and wrote reports. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Recruiter at Tesla, responsible for recruiting employees across various departments. In 2018, they became the Head Volleyball Coach at Fremont Christian School and also served as an Assistant Basketball Coach. In 2019, Weston joined Wealthfront as the Head of Talent Acquisition, leading a team of recruiters across multiple disciplines. Prior to all this, they served as the Executive Pastor at Calvary La Mirada from 2012 to 2017, managing member inquiries and coordinating programs.
