Claire Tanti

Claire Tanti is the current Head of Compliance at WealthKernel. Claire has previous experience working as a Compliance and Supervision Manager at Resolution Compliance Limited from May 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Compliance Manager at ELITE CROWDFUNDING LIMITED from November 2019 to May 2020.

Claire started their career as a Compliance Manager at Property_Partner in June 2016 and remained there until November 2019. During their time at Property_Partner, they were responsible for AML related processes, procedures, governance, monitoring and decision making. Claire was also the key stakeholder in relation to CASS and led three CASS audits during their employment.

In addition to their compliance-related duties, they were also responsible for customer complaints, staff annual training, ongoing monitoring, compliance risk assessments, internal and external auditing, completing and submitting FCA returns, and GDPR compliance.

Since joining WealthKernel in February 2022, they have been responsible for setting up processes, procedures, governance, monitoring and decision making in relation to AML and CASS. Claire is also the key stakeholder in relation to CASS and has led multiple CASS audits during their time at the company.

Claire Tanti went to Orpington College for their A-levels and then to St John Rigby RC College for their undergraduate degree.

Claire Tanti reports to Karan Shanmugarajah, CEO. They work with James Valentine - Head of Growth, Yannick B. - Head of Compliance, and Chris Wright - CTO.
