In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Improve overall utilization of sales team resources including time, tools, technology and processes to achieve higher results.
  • Drive sales team productivity by optimizing systems and processes to drive improvements in quota attainment, performance metrics, sales funnel conversion, speed to lead, sales cycle length and pipeline management. Increase the time spent on actual selling.
  • Identify drop-off points in the sales funnel and implement gap closure measures to improve the productivity of the sales organization.
  • Be responsible for tracking and improving efficiency metrics for the sales organization to drive healthy and scalable growth.
  • Help sales teams focus energy in the right areas and on the right segments in their day to day to increase team output.
  • Develop impactful and robust reporting tools to drive sales manager and team member productivity that increase visibility and uncover actionable insights.
  • Partner with sales leadership stakeholders to build new tactics to drive growth and optimization.
  • Partner with the sales enablement team to develop sales training plans to improve the team’s overall productivity and address potential training gaps.
  • Leverage Generative AI to qualify leads and improve productivity.

Skills and experiences we’re looking for:

  • Revenue or Sales Operations Experience - 5+ years working directly with 200+ sales teams and leadership to drive productivity and growth.
  • Technology - Salesforce, Salesloft & Gong tooling familiarity.
  • Data and Analytics - strong SQL and analysis skills.
  • Resourcefulness - demonstrated track record of persevering in the face of adversity where priorities and direction can evolve quickly. A positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals.
  • Collaboration - excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Prioritization & Problem Solving - knows how to break down complex problems and identify root causes. Knows how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do. Understands the scope of an issue and its priority.
  • Curiosity - never assumes anything and asks impactful questions to understand where the gaps are and where to add value.
  • Passion for Clients - is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products.
