Afolabi Omotola

Afolabi Omotola has held a variety of roles in the marketing and partnerships fields since 2014. In 2014, Afolabi began as an Events Marketing and Sales Assistant at MarketStorm Global, where they promoted and sold company cosmetic brands and services, organized and conducted market research, and coordinated daily and weekly market campaigns. In 2015, Afolabi took on the role of Marketing Assistant at Pro Coach Yorkshire Cricket, where they managed the social media of the organisation, contacted potential clients via telephone and email, and created and performed Power Point presentations. Additionally, Afolabi was a Journalist for BBC Sports Personality Awards in Belfast that same year. In 2016, Afolabi worked as a Marketing Assistant at Sportlobster, where they worked with the marketing director and marketing team to produce daily content published both on and off platform, and conducted daily market research and presented recommendations to the marketing director weekly. In 2017, Afolabi was a Marketing Consultant at Leeds Rhinos Rugby League Club, and a Partnerships Manager at Top Trumps USA | Winning Moves UK Ltd. Most recently, in 2022, Afolabi began their current role as a Senior Client Partnerships Manager at WeAre8.

Afolabi Omotola attended Leeds Beckett University from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a degree in Sports Marketing with a focus on Marketing.
