Annette Hazapis

Annette Hazapis currently serves as the Head of Global Client Service Center at AMS, managing a team of over 4,500 to provide talent acquisition and management services. With extensive experience at KeyBank from 1994 to 2019, Annette held several senior leadership roles including EVP of the Business Resource Center and Chief Administrative Officer, where responsibilities included sales team development, P&L management, and client satisfaction initiatives. Annette's background also encompasses significant roles in product management and operational services, overseeing teams that enhanced operational efficiency and improved service delivery across diverse banking functions. Annette holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Baldwin Wallace University and has further education from Vanderbilt University and Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
