Julia Chin

Julia Chin is a seasoned professional in sales operations and recruitment, currently serving as Principal of Sales Operations at AMS since August 2021. Prior experience includes an Executive Assistant role to the Senior Sales Director at Oracle from May 2019 to September 2020, and over a decade at Allegis Global Solutions where Julia held various positions including Implementation Consultant, Implementation Associate, and Recruitment Coordinator. As an Implementation Consultant, Julia supported RPO and MSP projects across the APAC region, successfully driving recruitment process implementations for a major financial institution. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Services Management from Victoria University of Wellington and participated in an exchange program in Business Administration at the National University of Singapore.
