Maxine Pillinger

Maxine has been in her current role for four years, leading the RPO Solutions service from inception as new businesses on a global basis. She has worked with AMS for eight years. Maxine is responsible for overseeing solution delivery and driving growth. The highly skilled teams some 350 strong deliver talent acquisition solutions to over 38 clients across 17 countries. Maxine can be described as results driven, loyal and client focused.

Maxine has a BA Honours degree from Queen Mary College, London University. She spent eight years in the Talent Acquisition and Talent management business with previous experience in Media/Publishing and IT sector.

Prior to joining AMS, Maxine began her career in the IT industry, working for Fujitsu. She then set up her own publishing company in South Africa where for four years she published magazines across Southern Africa. The reason for joining AMS was simple; she was inspired by the entrepreneurial nature of the company. Having been a client, the AMS values resonated with her along with the opportunity to work with the talented staff across the globe.
