Ryan Hojnacki

Ryan Hojnacki serves as the Managing Director of Growth Operations at AMS and has been a Board Member of Angry Dragon Volleyball since March 2008. With extensive experience in sales operations and leadership roles, Hojnacki held the position of Senior Director of Sales Operations & Lead Enablement at Insight Sourcing, part of Accenture, from March 2019 to July 2024, and previously served as Director at SpendHQ. Notable past roles include Director of Provider Client Sales at Waystar and Sales Effectiveness Manager at JDA Software. Hojnacki began a career in human capital management with Ceridian, also serving in various capacities at Empower Software Solutions and The Complex Sale, Inc. A graduate of Miami University with a BS in Marketing, Hojnacki has demonstrated consistent success in driving revenue growth and optimizing sales processes throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
