Therese Lye

Therese Lye is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruitment Manager at AMS for various clients, including Equinor and SANOFI, Therese has held progressive roles since November 2016. Previous positions include Team Lead North Europe - Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruitment Business Partner at SANOFI, as well as Senior Human Resources Advisor at Subsea 7. Therese began a career in HR as an HR Administrator at Acta Kapitalforvaltning and an HR Consultant at Adecco Management AS, following an early role as a Kundekonsulent at Statoil. Therese holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School, earned from 2002 to 2005.
