THE ROLE

The role of the Account Director has a focus on helping Elevate and its clients unlock the power of our technology, data, and Insight Products. They will be leading our internal teams and the clients to define product strategy, features, and roadmap. They will be responsible for managing and growing the revenue from our Technology products and help our account teams sell successfully to clients.

They will lead client delivery of Elevate Impact. Our successful Consumer Intelligence Platform.

The successful candidate will report into the Global Director. In addition, there will be a close working relationship with the Technology Team, who manage the technical and data side of the projects we work on.

THE SKILLSET

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial, “just do it” attitude.

The role is based across the home office, Elevate’s office and client sites, therefore some travel might be required. Elevate is currently running a 3 day in the office working week, with the other two days working from home.

The Account Director role requires a talented and highly motivated individual who fits well into the team, has excellent interpersonal skills and is proven at successfully selling technical products to clients and brands. The successful candidate will need to quickly understand the products and service we offer and immediately add value. They will be able to communicate well with the team and clearly articulate their strategy and approaches.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple product workstreams and liaise with key teams across technology, project, and client delivery. This role is Global, so the successful candidate will be working on client Digital Tech projects that run in UK, US, Germany, France, and Austria.

    • Day to day organisation
    • Appraisal and Objective setting
    • Promotion sign-off
    • Team building and motivation
  • Work with Elevate and our clients to understand and prioritize features and needs of our product portfolio to ensure Elevate is recognized as a world class product leader in the data staffing sector.
    • Lead the identification of Client KPI’s for Technology Projects
    • Define the data metrics that will best deliver the measurements that are of value
  • Work with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure the needs of our clients and business are central to our products. Also ensure that our customer success stories are converted to powerful content and clear product messaging to support our Marketing Team.
    • Support New business drives; both with written and spoken presentation material
    • Run regular training sessions, with both client, Internal Client Services, and staffing teams
  • Work with project management to scope and plan product projects and new product releases including but not limited to the creation of scope of work documents, product specs, product/project plans, testing and documentation to service Elevate and our end clients.
    • Support our field team with specific project training and content, to make sure they are correctly collecting on-site data and complaining with data-downloads on each shift
  • Work with the Impact product team to define the product management strategy, approach, and roadmap at Elevate. This will particularly focus on the successful identification and implantation of new technology/apps/links to enhance our Technology Products, primarily Impact.
  • Continually contribute ideas to improve the product function from all aspects, particularly from an end-user perspective
  • Contribute to product management standards and continuously look for opportunities to improve based on client needs.
  • Run regular weekly status meetings with the internal Technology Team and manage on-going project status reports

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Phenomenal project management skills. Attention to detail, action plan orientated and fastidious time management focus.
  • Strong team management credentials, showing how you’ve grown and managed a happy and successful team
  • At least 5 years’ experience working within an agency environment, servicing clients
  • Ability to understand and action Elevate’s requirements for integration between projects, process, product, people, and service.
  • Experience in new product development – helping to project manage to market launch
  • The ability to interpret sales data & market research to understand consumer needs and competitor analysis to ensure continued growth in the market.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, able to influence and lead debate at all levels.
  • Strength in business development, with the ability to support sales and marketing
  • Excellent communicator (Written and verbal). PowerPoint and Word skills especially
  • Self-starter with a disciplined approach to work on own initiative.
  • Able to work at pace and juggle many tasks.
  • Competent and comfortable with managing change in a constantly evolving industry
  • A working knowledge of Asana and Trello would be an advantage

SALARY AND BENEFITS

This role offers a salary between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
