Roland Duprez

Roland Duprez has over two decades of experience in the technology industry. Roland began their career at OrderTrust LLC in 1999 as a Senior Software Engineer, leading a team in application code development. Roland then joined Monster in 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they advanced the company's application tracking system. Roland later moved to Monster Worldwide in 2002, taking on roles such as Principal Software Engineer and Director of Solutions Architecture. At Wayfair, they held positions as a Senior Software Engineering Manager in both FinTech and Enterprise departments. Most recently, Roland served as the Director of Engineering at Moore in 2023. Throughout their career, Roland has demonstrated leadership in development, management, and optimization of various technical projects and solutions.

Roland Duprez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University. Roland also obtained certifications in Microservices Foundations and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2020, as well as becoming a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in August 2013.
